- Q.Will my photographic prints be of better quality than the photos that I view on the website?
- A.Yes, we exclusively manufacture high-resolution photos which are exposed on qualitative first-class photographic paper. The low photo quality on the internet merely serves the reduction of data emergence and therefore the comfortable handling of the website.
- Q.By which means will I receive my order?
- A.We send photographic prints via mail, digital photo-datasets via email. Photographic prints are carefully packaged so that your photos cannot be damaged while en-route.
- Q.How does the digital photo file work?
- A.The digital photo file is sent via email at high resolution file size is between 1MB and 1.4MB Ideal for prints upto 5x7. There is no shipping cost and it will be emailed to you within 24 hours. For larger prints we offer sizes upto A3+(329mm x 483mm) through our cart.
- Q.What can I use my purchased photo for?
- A.All images and Prints are offered for personal use only and cannot be used for any advertising or media purposes. Please contact us for more information on general use.
- Q.How can I know if my order was effective?
- A.When we receive your order we will send you a order confirmation to your email address. This order conformation will have payment option and a copy of your order for your own records.
- Q.When can I expect delivery of my pictures?
- A.We guarantee you will receive your photos within 5 working days after payment.
- Q.We would like a bigger print of our photo than what the cart offers, can we do this?
- A.Yes we can supply larger print sizes. Contact us via email with the photo ID and size you require and we can give you a price and options.
